Penny's By The Beach also manages various rental Apartments and Houses.
    All of the properties managed are of excellent quality and range from Beachfront (sleeping between 2 and 10 people) to others within 3 to 5 minutes walk from the beach (sleeping 4 to 9 people).
    Some offer linen, etc; whilst others are rented on a bring your own basis.

Reservations, Deposit and Payment
A 50% deposit by Credit Card or Cheque confirms your reservation, with the balance payable on arrival - by either Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, American Express or Cash (Cheques accepted only if received 10 days prior to arrival).
Check-in is normally after 2:30pm and check-out is 10:30am (these times are negotiable, depending on other bookings).
 
Cancellations
If advised 14 days prior to arrival date, the deposit is transferable to another date within 6 months, otherwise is not refundable.
